Our tents are not set up permanently so we will need to arrange a powered camp site so we can set it all up for you ready for your arrival.
Step 1: See the ‘Tent Availability’ calendar below or contact us to determine if a tent is available for your requested dates of stay.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will hold a tent for 48 hours for you.
We will require:
– Number of people staying
– Full name of each guest
– Email address
– Contact phone number
– Your address
Step 2: Once a tent is confirmed available with Sunshine Glamping we will contact the camp ground to book a site for you.
Step 3: Once we confirm with the park that a site is available we will send you a confirmation for your booking which includes payment details, all of the information for your stay & terms & conditions of stay.
Step 4: To confirm your booking we require a $100 deposit (EFT preferred – no surcharge) or credit card (+2.2%) or PayPal (+3%) Full payment is required 1 week prior to your arrival.
CHECK IN TIME
1pm – 6.30pm (late check-in can be arranged) – we will send you an sms once your tent is ready
CHECK OUT TIME
