Sunshine Glamping


Our tents are not set up permanently. We book a campsite for you & set it all up for your arrival so everything in your tent is transported to the caravan park.

You will be staying at a caravan park that has bathrooms, toilets & hot showers.
They are shared with other guests in the park & are very well maintained, clean & tidy. 

We use comfortable Intex air mattresses that include a built-in electric pump at the back of the bed. 
They are subject to temperature changes & occasionally need to be plugged in & more air added.
We will replace anytime day or night should you have any issues.

Heaters & Hotties
Your tent comes with an electric heater which heats the tent up quite quickly so you’ll be cosy inside.
We also provide hot water bottles hotties (on the colder nights).

Your tent will include a small fan during summer months & hot days.

Meals & Cooking
Your tent includes a kettle (with tea, coffee, milk & sugar) & toaster as well as plates, cutlery, glassware.
A guest camp kitchen is available for you to use & includes barbecue hot plates, cooktops & microwave.
If you plan to cook please request a frying pan or cooking pot.
There are great restaurants & cafes within walking distance to your tent & also supermarkets in town.

Free Wifi
Upon check-in, you will be given a wifi code (depending on the campsite). But we like to think you won’t need your phone as you’ll be having too much fun reconnecting with each other & nature 😉

Your tent will be powered & a power board will be provided so you can charge your phone. 

Your fur baby is most welcome too! We request that you bring along a dog bed & beach towels. 

Some of the campsites will allow dogs on-site & you must notify us at time of booking. 
Should additional cleaning of linen, blankets & rugs be required we will notify you on departure & you will be charged $30. We know dogs love sand & water so please keep them off the beds & blankets all times. 

Caravan Parks can be very social places! You will have neighbours from all parts of the world & they are usually always friendly! ​It is always considered polite to say hello but feels free to keep to yourselves as much as you like.

Weather Conditions
You will be outdoors & weather plays a big part in the whole experience – both good & bad!
Weather changes daily. We watch it very carefully! 
Some sites are subject to high winds & we reserve the right to move you to a more sheltered site should it be required. 
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to extreme weather such as very heavy rainfall, high winds (will depend on wind direction & tent location) & extreme fire danger.
This is for your safety & your safety is always our priority. If cancellation is our decision we will offer a full refund or reschedule (subject to both tent & campsite availability) & you will be notified as early as possible.

Tent Cancellation/Changes policy
We will do our best to accommodate date changes but this will be subject to availability for both tent & campsite. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled check-in time. Our tents are waterproof, umbrellas will be supplied,  they can handle wind.
Garbage disposal: Please ensure you deposit your rubbish in the bins provided in the park before departure. 
We are doing our best to remain plastic bag free so feel free to use the basket provided to take your rubbish to the main bin. Feel free to leave recyclables in your basket & we will recycle for you at our home.
Age: Guests must be over 18 (children must be accompanied by an adult). ID will be checked on arrival at the caravan park.
Noise: All audible noise must cease by 10 pm. The tents are not soundproof 😉 😉
Behaviour: The owners of the campsite have the right to evict guests that are offensive, illegal, making excessive noise or drunk.
Please be respectful of other people in the campground at all times as it is so much more fun this way.
A combination lock will be provided for your tent on request. The combination will be supplied to you prior to arrival. We strongly recommend that you do not leave any valuables in the tent as we take no responsibility for personal property left in the tent. 
​Accidents happen! Please advise us on departure of any breakages or issues with your tent so we can rectify for the next guests. You will be charged for any other breakages or damages that are the result of disrespect.
